Looking forward to the holiday...

I could use a 4 day weekend!  I need a chance to relax, watch some football, eat and drink good beer.

We are taking the attitude this year of FTFWGD!* 

Somehow magically, we scored reservations for the Le Cellier stakehouse at the Canada Pavilion in Epcot.  Mmm, and it will most likely be followed by another trip to see the Dancing Lights at the Hollywood Studios.

While not sure if I'll get to eat turkey this Thanksgiving, I do expect to drink some beer.  And what will I drink this weekend?  The new all grain Apotheosis Porter will be ready to try, after almost 3 weeks in the bottle.  Of commercial beers, there is an Old Thumper ESB by Shipyard here, as well as Bell's Amber Ale and Sierra Nevada Tumbler Brown Ale.  I have a Lagunitas Brown Shugga, and still a few Sam Adam's Oktoberfests to finish.
