Brewing all grain or considering it? I've found it's not too complicated, rather it just takes longer. It is very rewarding at the end of the day. At the same time I'm not convinced that I'm doing it the best. There seem to be so many variables... and I'm hoping to continually learn how to improve the craft.
I spent some time last night watching the video below. John Palmer knows what he is talking about. His book How To Brew is a must for any homebrewer. And it is available online as a reference.
