Bellatrix Bitter, because every beer needs a good name

…And a cool label too.  Brushing up on my Photoshop and design skills, I’ve found that perhaps I can indeed create a nice label or two.  After all, a good beer is made better by good graphics.

 This hand crafted beer boasting Bramling Cross and East Kent Goldings hops is assisted by London ESB yeast, to keep the English in this ESB.  With 4.8 ABV and 33.3 IBU, this is a well balanced ale.
And the only way to get your hands on one is to get directly from me.  As Papazian would say, “Relax, have a homebrew!”
